SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

US Orders / Processing Times
All orders are dispatched (leave our facility) within 1-3 days. We ship all domestic orders with USPS Priority or First Class service. This means once your order ships, delivery can be expected in 2-4 days. Additionally, US orders over $50 receive FREE shipping!

International Orders
We do ship internationally! Shipping rates and time frames vary and can be found on our checkout screen.

*Please note: in the event customs and import fees are charged by the importing country (where the recipient is located), the recipient is responsible for paying these costs.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns / Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means your return must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and with the original packaging intact.

To start a return, be sure to contact us at hello@theoutlined.co. We'll issue you a return shipping label (cost will be deducted from your refund), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Be sure to notify us of any returns so we can ensure your refund is processed in a timely manner.

Keep your return receipt for your records! Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and a refund (minus any shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 days.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you'd prefer is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
